Attorney Morley J. Nair is an immigrant himself. The insights from his own immigration process and the experience from a decade of immigration law practice enable him to identify the sensitivities and concerns of his clients. Attorney Nair obtained his B.A. (Honors) and LL.B. degrees from the University of Bombay, India; and an LL.M. degree from the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Aside from the practice of law, Attorney Nair's interests include creative writing. He has published three books in his native language Malayalam - a travelogue, a collection of short stories, and a novel. His first novel in English, The Monsoon Mystic, has been published recently.
