We have assisted our clients in various aspects of commercial and residential loan documentation and workouts, foreclosures, collections, financial institution regulatory compliance, commercial development, residential and condominium projects, and leasing. We also have a large litigation practice which includes representation of clients in some of the most significant cases in the state. We represent some of the largest land owners in the state. While much of the firm's litigation practice is Real Estate related, the department also handles a broad range of general commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.
